How long does it take to complete an order?
We offer international shipping via DHL, USPS, Fedex and UPS. The estimated production time is between 4-8 business days and the esimated shipping time is between 2-7 working days.
We offer Free Shipping to the US, Canada, UK and Australia on any orders over $150.
Can I inspect the goods before receiving them?
No, you can't check the quality of the goods before proceeding to payment. We can assure you we offer the best premium quality possible for our customers.
What should I do if there is a problem on my custom order?
We sincerely apologize if the merchandise you received differed from what you ordered. Please contact our customer service to arrange a solution for the problem.
Do you offer refunds?
In order to protect the environment and to operate economically, we only print our designs on demand hence we do not store our art. Each canvas will go through a personalized quality control which won't be possible if we had our designs already in stock.
Due to this reason we only offer refunds for the following reasons:
- Streaking/ Banding
- Ink scratches or spits
- Damaged in transit
